Figure skating is a unique sport that uses almost every muscle in your body. The skills involved in making a figure skater glide across the ice gracefully and seemingly easily come from physical and mental strength developed through our on and off ice training program.
Co-ordination
Figure skating involves a lot of co-ordination of multiple body parts. Our program teaches valuable co-ordination that can be transferred to multiple sporting activities
Strength
A strong and healthy body is important throughout our life. Figure skating has a large cardio component and burns lots of calories.
Life skills
A fundamental part of figure skating is FALLING and GETTING BACK UP again and again and again. Figure skating teaches determination and perseverance and has a lasting impact that can be applied into adulthood

We ARE figure skating. It is our absolute passion and love and our goal to motivate each athlete to be the best they can be. We offer classes from introductory skills all the way to top international competitors.
